The wording on the Gelatin tablets is done by using Ethyl Alcohol, F D & C Blue 1 Aluminum Lake, Isopropyl Alcohol, n-Butyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Pharmaceutical Shellac (modified) or Refined Shellac (Food Grade).
Chemistry using Phentermine:
Phentermine should not be used with other medicines which are used for other complications. The reason is that the medications / complications can interact with each other and can create adverse effect or no effect on ones health. Phentermine should also not be used by diabetic, high blood pressure, glaucoma and having emotional problems patients. Pregnant and people consuming too much alcohol should avoid these medicine.
Dosage using Phentermine:
Dosage recommended for Phentermine is one tablet a day on an empty stomach. The most suitable time for having the medicine is before breakfast. The dosage may vary to every individual; but any change from the regular dosage is made by doctor. and should not be changed in under any circumstances unless specified by the doctor.
If the dosage for medicine is increased by doctor than preferred dosage for two tablets is one in the morning before breakfast and the other one approximately four to six hours before going to sleep.
If any doss is missed than the medicine should be taken on subsequent remembrance but if you remember near to next dosage than skip the dosage and continue from with the new dosage. The dosage should never be doubled. Although there are no life threatening issues involved with overdosing the medication, but it’s always good to have it checked out by the local poison center or in case of an emergency it would be ideal to call 911.
The medicine should neither be chewed nor crushed but should be taken with a glass full of water. Doing so has known to upset normal sleeping patterns. The medicine should not be taken by children below 16 years as the drug is not meant for children under that age. All drugs should be kept in a cool and dry and away from the reach of children.
